Brandi Jo Nyberg spends her summers whitewater raft guiding and her winters hovering over a typewriter (even though that's old fashioned). Currently, Brandi Jo lives in Fairbanks, Alaska with her husband and two dogs, where she is pursuing an MFA in Creative Nonfiction at the University of Alaska.
